Reduced/nosing and Stagger processing
We have the experience and
the techniques to make large annular,
thick pipe or large, staggered ring-shaped pressings.

Change to Press Processing (with consequent reduced costs).

Thin stainless material, cylindrical with taper, stagger and nosing. Thickness deviation as little as 0.08mm is possible.
The bottom is staggered.

Without any machining and with pressing only, high precision with reduced weight and costs is achievable.
