Declaration
In consideration of the business that we do with the aerospace industry we undertake to work to the highest standards of quality and safety. Quality and safety are aspects of our business which come before any other. We declare the following-
- Compliance is the point from which our plans to manufacture an item begin.
- Rules and guidelines are strictly adhered to and if an employee is unable to comply with them they immediately refer the matter to their line-manager after which appropriate and expedited action is taken to address the issue satisfactorily.
- As a nationwide and international company we respect and abide by all applicable laws including, but not limited to, commercial, company, labor, contractual, environmental, import/export, national and international laws. Whatismore, we aim to follow the “spirit” of the law. We firmly resist and refuse any anti-social influences and entities which operate without compliance.
- We remain conscious of the need for good communication and shared goals within the company, for mutual respect and team-spirit. We do not permit power or sexual harassment nor prejudice of any kind. We are an equal opportunity employer.
